Who can apply?

The SeedLegals Awards 2026 are open to any founder, investor, startup or scale-up that:

– Is based in the UK or Ireland
– Is a limited company
– Has fewer than 250 full-time employees
– Has been trading for less than 10 years

When is the application deadline?

21st June 2026

Can I apply for multiple categories?

Yes, you can apply for as many categories as you like. However, you will need a new video for each category showing why you deserve to win.

What information is required in the application?

Two short video responses:

  • One pitch video
  • One video explaining how you qualify for the award category you’re applying for

Can I nominate someone else?

Yes, you can nominate someone using this form, we will let them know that they have been nominated. Please nominate them early to give them enough time to submit their application before the deadline 21 June 2026

What happens after I apply?

Our judges will review your entry and we will inform you if you have been shortlisted by 1st July 2026.

Do I need to be a SeedLegals customer to apply?

No you don’t need to be a SeedLegals customer to apply.

Is there a cost to enter?

No, it’s free to enter the SeedLegals Startup Awards.
