      2. Tickets purchased after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Price Draw.
      3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any eligible ticket purchase that is not successfully completed or recorded due to a technical fault, system failure, website failure or other circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
  • Eligibility
      1. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
      2. All entries must be on behalf of a limited company of which you are a director, and the company must be incorporated in the UK.
      3. Each purchase of a ticket to the SeedLegals Awards constitutes one entry into the Prize Draw.
      4. There is no limit on the number of Prize Draw entries an eligible entrant may receive through the purchase of eligible tickets.
      5. We reserve the right to require you to prove you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw including but not limited to providing documents to prove your company’s trading status, residency and registration of the business. If a winner is found to be ineligible, we may award the prize to another entrant.
      6. Employees of SeedLegals and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this Prize Draw.
  • Prizes and selection of winners
    1. There are three prizes available:
  1. A founder interview with SeedLegals Co-Founder Anthony Rose;
  2. A dedicated email featuring the winning company, to be sent to the SeedLegals Awards community; and
  3. A professionally recorded pitch video produced by VidOps.
  1. Winners will be selected at random from all qualifying entrants. Our decision will be final and not subject to appeals.
  2. Each entrant may win a maximum of one prize. Once an entrant has been selected as a winner, any remaining entries held by that entrant will be excluded from subsequent selections.
  • Claiming the prize
      1. We will inform the winners by email and/or telephone on the day of the draw (the “Announcement Date”).
      2. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 7 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
      3. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on behalf of the prize winner.
      4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to claim the prize.
  • Data Protection and Publicity
